“Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”

As women, sometimes it feels like we are trying to balance it all, and it all feels like it is about to come falling down. Are you feeling burned out between juggling careers, personal relationships, life transitions, caregiving responsibilities, or impacts of past trauma? Maybe you are tired of appearing like you have it all together on the outside, while inside, you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-worth. Perhaps self-care has fallen to the bottom of your to-do list or just feels like another responsibility you have to take one.

You are not alone in this! All of these areas can leave us feeling like we are unable to cope. Meeting you where you are at to assist you in achieving your goals is the first step towards shifting from imagining a life you want to live, to living the life you imagined.

together in therapy we will:

Explore your unique circumstances that brought you to seek services and outline how to shift to living the life you imagine, rather than simply dreaming about it.

Learn and strengthen coping skills to build confidence in managing everyday stressors with ease.
